Refund Policy

Bell Designs

At Bell Designs, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website and is designed to comply with applicable New Jersey state law and U.S. consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • If our return policy is not posted at the time of sale, you may return eligible items within 20 days of purchase, as required by New Jersey law.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt at BDBellDesignsLLC@gmail.com.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please complete a return for a refund and place a new order.

5. Return Instructions

  • To initiate a return, email BDBellDesignsLLC@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

6. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable New Jersey or U.S. law. You may be entitled to additional remedies if products are defective, not delivered, or otherwise not in conformity with your order.
